Getting Started
How do I register as a supplier?
Click "Register Free" at the top of this page. The registration process takes about 5 minutes and consists of 5 steps: account creation, email verification, personal & business info, bank details, and document upload.
How long does account verification take?
Once you submit your documents, our team reviews your application within 1–3 business days. You will receive an email notification once your account is approved.
Is there a fee to join as a supplier?
Registration is completely free. TourVigator earns a commission only on completed bookings, so you only pay when you earn.
Managing Activities
How do I add a new activity?
After logging in, navigate to Activities → Create Activity. Fill in the title, description, pricing, availability, and upload photos. Your activity will be reviewed before going live.
Can I set different prices for different dates?
Yes. You can configure seasonal pricing and date-specific rates from the activity edit page under the Pricing section.
How many images can I upload per activity?
You can upload up to 10 images per activity. We recommend high-resolution landscape photos (minimum 1200×800px) for the best presentation.
Bookings & Payments
When do I receive payment for bookings?
TourVigator processes payouts once or twice per month, depending on your selected payout schedule. Funds are transferred to the bank account you registered.
What commission does TourVigator charge?
The commission rate is specified in your supplier account and varies based on your agreement. It is deducted automatically from each completed booking before payout.
How do I handle cancellations?
You can set your own cancellation policy when creating an activity. Customers who cancel within the free cancellation window receive a full refund. You can manage cancellations from your Bookings dashboard.
Technical & API
Does TourVigator offer an API for integration?
Yes! We offer a full REST API for connecting your reservation system, booking engine, or channel manager. Visit our API Integration page to learn more and request access.
What is the Reservation System Integration?
Our Reservation System Integration allows you to sync your existing booking software with the TourVigator platform, so availability and bookings are always up to date in real time.
