- Business information: company name, company address, commercial registration number, managing director, insurance details, VAT number
TourVigator uses this personal data to set up and manage your Supplier account and to comply with financial, tax, and other regulatory requirements.
Identity Verification
During the registration process, Suppliers are required to undergo an identity verification process. The following information may be collected to verify your identity:
- Contact information: name, address, date of birth, email, contact phone number
- Government ID: the government ID that you upload for verification
- Selfie or photo for facial verification purposes
Messaging and Communication via the Platform
TourVigator may offer Suppliers different means to communicate with Customers before or after a booking. Any communication sent or received through the TourVigator platform (including any Personal Data that it might contain) may be accessed and stored by TourVigator to detect and prevent fraud as well as the misuse of our services.
Supplier Support Services
TourVigator may also collect Personal Data while providing Supplier Support. This includes any Personal Data that Suppliers choose to share with us in support tickets or emails. If Suppliers engage with us over the phone, we collect their phone number and any other information they might provide during the call.
Payment Processing
In order to process payments, TourVigator may share any financial information you provide during your registration with our payment providers. The specific provider used will depend on your location, chosen payment method, and the currency you select for your payouts.
Surveys and Marketing Communication
TourVigator may use Personal Data for communications, including providing information about the TourVigator Platform (e.g. updates to the Supplier Portal), sending newsletters, surveys or other marketing communications. TourVigator processes your personal data based on our legitimate interest in promoting our services, improving user engagement, and enhancing the functionality of our platform.
